Cancellation Policy

Co-living house Payments:

• Upon booking, you will receive a link to submit a $300 deposit to secure your spot. 

• The full room payment is due 4 months before the co-living house begins.

• If the full payment is not received by the due date, the deposit will be forfeited, and your spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

• For bookings made within 4 months of the co-living house start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  

Cancellations:

You have a 48-hour grace period from booking to cancel and receive a full refund of the deposit. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Refunds:

• 12+ weeks before arrival: 100% refund of the final payment.

• 6-12 weeks before arrival: 50% refund of the final payment.

• Less than 6 weeks before arrival: No refund.
