Your home in San Agustinillo is a beautiful beachside villa just a 12-minute walk from the shore. With large, welcoming communal spaces, private rooms to recharge, and Starlink high-speed internet, you’ll have everything you need to relax, create, and connect. Work from our open-air co-working area or find a quiet spot to focus.

To make sure you have the best experience possible, we want to set clear expectations about the trip:
Weather: January offers warm temperatures without the intense heat, making it ideal for beach outings and walks. Expect occasional breezes and cool evenings, perfect for unwinding by the pool or enjoying dinner outside.
Transportation: The beach is a 12-minute walk from our villa. It’s a 20-minute walk to the nearest village, San Agustinillo, and about a 45-minute walk to Mazunte or Zipolite or a 5 minute taxi ride which costs 70 to 150 MXN ($4 to $9 USD). For longer outings, we have one rental car for group trips which is included in the room price.
Internet: Our villa is equipped with Starlink internet, which provides speeds of around 57 Mbps. While reliable, it’s important to note that we are in a remote area of Mexico, so occasional interruptions may occur. We’ll have backup mobile hotspots to support your connectivity needs.
